Responsible Scrap Sourcing

High-quality scrap is the foundation of superior TMT bars, and hence, we source the best quality scrap responsibly from across the world. Each batch undergoes strict quality checks to ensure purity and consistency, resulting in stronger and more reliable steel. This practice not only enhances product performance but also supports sustainable steel manufacturing practices, contributing to green steel production and a cleaner environment.

Energy-Efficient Melting

The selected scrap is melted in advanced electric induction furnaces that use less power than conventional furnaces and are completely free from fossil fuels. To maintain air quality, our furnaces are equipped with high-performance pollution control systems that prevent harmful emissions.

Chemical Refinement & Composition Control

Through precise refining, we remove impurities and fine-tune the chemical composition to achieve the desired strength, ductility, and toughness. Our metallurgical expertise guarantees consistency in every heat.

Continuous Billet Casting

The refined molten steel is cast into billets using high-tech continuous casting machines. This ensures a uniform grain structure, dimensional precision, and structural integrity. The process is seamlessly integrated with a Hot Charging system, allowing direct rolling without reheating, saving both time and energy.

Precision Rolling

Post-casting, billets are rolled into TMT bars using state-of-the-art horizontal and vertical rolling mills. We employ world-renowned German Thermex® technology, which guarantees precision in quenching and uniformity across every bar. This advanced process ensures superior quality, enhancing strength, ductility, and corrosion resistance key factors in creating sustainable and high-performance TMT bars for critical infrastructure projects.

Automated cooling, bundling & stacking

Our advanced mills are finished with a fully automatic cooling bed. This allows for controlled and uniform cooling of each meter of TMT, giving every single TMT bar a perfect consistency and straightness. Furthermore high technology machines are used to automatically tie and bend the TMT bars into normal & master bundles before stacking them neatly in our stockyard.

Power Generation

At Amba Shakti we generate our own electricity through group captive solar and wind power plants, enabling clean, renewable energy drives at every stage of production.

We have enhanced our efficiency and sustainability by integrating power generation and completely eliminated dependency on external sources. This self-sustained approach reflects our commitment to both energy security and environmental responsibility, making green power central to the way we build the future.

At Amba Shakti, our commitment to sustainability goes far beyond compliance, it defines the way we work. We operate a fully fossil-free steel manufacturing setup. Unlike in conventional plants that rely heavily on thermal brown power, every stage of production in our plant is powered by clean & green renewable energy.

We have also completely eliminated the use of coal and other fossil fuels from our production processes, making our steelmaking amongst the cleanest in the industry. By combining renewable energy, green steel manufacturing practices, and a zero-fossil-fuel policy, Amba Shakti is setting an unprecedented standard in “Green Steel” Manufacturing.

Step-by-Step Manufacturing

Precision in Every Phase
It starts with high-purity MS billets, melted in electric induction furnaces for perfect chemical balance. From there, billets move straight into ultra-high-speed horizontal-vertical rolling mills, hot charged for zero twist and flawless accuracy. Finally, patented Tricore ribbing and Thermex® quenching give every TMT bar a dual-phase strength: a tough outer shell, a ductile core—built for seismic and high-load resilience.
