Our advanced mills are finished with a fully automatic cooling bed. This allows for controlled and uniform cooling of each meter of TMT, giving every single TMT bar a perfect consistency and straightness. Furthermore high technology machines are used to automatically tie and bend the TMT bars into normal & master bundles before stacking them neatly in our stockyard.

Amba Shakti Steels ensures the superior strength of its TMT bars through an advanced Quenching (Thermo-Mechanical Treatment) process. Immediately after the precision rolling stage, the red-hot steel bars undergo rapid cooling via a high-pressure water system. This critical process creates a hardened martensite outer layer while retaining a soft, flexible ferrite-pearlite core, which is vital for long-term structural durability and earthquake resistance.
To maintain absolute dimensional accuracy, Amba Shakti Steels utilizes state-of-the-art automated rolling technology. This advanced system monitors the dimensions of the hot steel in real-time.
