Responsible Scrap Sourcing

High-quality scrap is the foundation of superior TMT bars, and hence, Amba Shakti Steels sources premium-grade scrap responsibly from across the world. Each batch undergoes strict quality checks to ensure purity and consistency, resulting in stronger and more reliable steel. This practice supports sustainable steel manufacturing and green steel production in India, contributing to cleaner and environmentally responsible infrastructure development.

Energy-Efficient Melting

The selected scrap is melted in advanced electric induction furnaces at Amba Shakti Steels, utilizing energy-efficient technology and renewable power sources to support green steel manufacturing and lower carbon emissions. 

Chemical Refinement & Composition Control

Through precise refining, we remove impurities and fine-tune the chemical composition to achieve the desired strength, ductility, and toughness. Our metallurgical expertise guarantees consistency in every heat, ensuring the production of high-quality steel suitable for premium Amba Shakti Tricore TMT bars and infrastructure-grade applications. 

Continuous Billet Casting

The refined molten steel is cast into billets using high-tech continuous casting machines. This ensures a uniform grain structure, dimensional precision, and structural integrity. The process is seamlessly integrated with a Hot Charging system, allowing direct rolling without reheating, improving efficiency while supporting sustainable steel manufacturing practices.

Precision Rolling

Post-casting, billets are rolled into TMT bars using state-of-the-art horizontal and vertical rolling mills. We employ world-renowned German Thermex® technology, which guarantees precision in quenching and uniformity across every bar. This advanced process ensures superior quality, enhancing strength, ductility, and corrosion resistance-key factors in producing high-performance TMT bars, Amba Shakti Tricore steel products, and sustainable construction materials for critical infrastructure projects. 

Automated cooling, bundling & stacking

Our advanced mills are finished with a fully automatic cooling bed. This allows for controlled and uniform cooling of each meter of TMT, giving every single TMT bar a perfect consistency and straightness. Furthermore high technology machines are used to automatically tie and bend the TMT bars into normal & master bundles before stacking them neatly in our stockyard. The automated system ensures dimensional accuracy, consistent quality, and efficient handling of Amba Shakti Tricore TMT bars, supporting large-scale infrastructure and construction projects across India.

Immediately after the precision rolling stage, the red-hot steel bars undergo rapid cooling via a high-pressure water system. This critical process creates a hardened martensite outer layer while retaining a soft, flexible ferrite-pearlite core, which is vital for long-term structural durability and earthquake resistance.

To maintain absolute dimensional accuracy, Amba Shakti Steels utilizes state-of-the-art automated rolling technology. This advanced system monitors the dimensions of the hot steel in real-time. Whether producing 8mm or 32mm TMT bars, this precision engineering ensures that both the weight per meter and the diameter remain 100% consistent across every single batch, complying exactly with structural engineering requirements.
